UseTapAndHold Property

Set to $TRUE to enable tap and hold operations.

If you tap the screen and hold it as it is, the indicator will draw a circle and when it goes around, the RClicked event will occur.

Can only be used with Mobile and AI Added since Mobile Ver.3.0.0
