SSpread.AllowRowMove Property

Set whether to allow the user to move rows by dragging and dropping.

Specify $TRUE to allow it, or $FALSE to disallow it.

The initial value is $FALSE.

If allowed, the line can be moved by dragging and dropping the line header part.

If the column movement allowed, set the AllowColMove property to $TRUE.
